From the southeast-facing balcony on the 5th floor, you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view all the way to the Fehmarn Sound Bridge! You’ll also have a clear view of the inland lake, the Baltic Sea, Heiligenhafen’s old town, and the large marina—it doesn’t get any better than this!

With 45 square meters of space, this apartment can accommodate up to 4 people—perfect for a small family!
An interior bedroom with a double bed (160 × 200 cm), a nightstand, and a dresser for your vacation wardrobe, as well as a separate bedroom with a bunk bed (2 × 90 × 200 cm), a dresser, and a window, ensure restful nights. A blackout roller shade ensures an undisturbed nap even during the day. A large closet in the hallway offers plenty of storage space.
In the combined living room with access to the balcony, you’ll find space at the large dining table for shared meals, which you can prepare in the adjacent kitchenette. It is perfectly equipped for self-catering with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and everything you need for cooking and dining.

You can spend cozy evenings together on the comfortable L-shaped sofa. An LCD TV (31"), DVD player, and books are available for your entertainment as needed.

The bright, interior bathroom is equipped with a modern wall-mounted toilet, a sink with an illuminated mirror, an electric heated fan, and a corner shower with a glass enclosure.

Garage No. 6 on the first floor of the house is available for one car during your vacation.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed here.

Please observe the smoking ban in all of our vacation rentals. Smoking is permitted exclusively on the balcony.

Bedding (€12 per person) and towels (€8 per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so we can add these charges and ensure the bedding and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.

Welcome to “Seerose” at Steinwarder 1!
The apartment building is situated in a magnificent location between the Baltic Sea beach and the inland lake. A path leading directly from the building takes you just 250 meters to Heiligenhafen’s sandy beach, complete with a promenade, restaurants, beach chair rentals, DLRG lifeguard stations, and a beach lounge.

The condominiums, which vary in size and are individually furnished, feature 1–3 rooms and can accommodate 2 to 4 guests.
From the balconies, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view over the water: whether it’s the inland lake, the Baltic Sea, the marina, or the old town depends on the specific apartment.

Both an elevator and a staircase will take you to your desired floor.
In the shared laundry room, you can use the washing machine and dryer for a fee.
Each apartment comes with a free, designated parking space on the property. Bicycles can be stored behind the building, with some spaces under cover.
The large lakeside property with a well-maintained lawn offers direct access to the inland lake on two sides.
The main entrance is also accessible via two ramps for people with disabilities.
