The room was great and the staff very helpful when we needed more pillows

Room especially the bathroom was very clean. Everything in the room was perfect, clean, and comfortable.
One of the staff who was on break cut his break short to help me figure out how I could get to the airport terminal with my huge multiple baggage. Unfortunately I did not get his name. He even checked to see which terminal I had to go. SHOUT OUT to this employee. I wish I had his name. I couldn’t thank him enough.
