This location is a hidden gem for the downtown Fort Lauderdale area. The unit was clean, and spacious. I felt like I was at home the whole time was there. I will be booking with them again.

We stayed three weeks in a 2 bed / 1.5 bath on the third floor that had spectacular views! The unit was very spacious, beds were super comfortable, the living room and both bedrooms had amazing views of the New River and the Riverside hotel, condos and a couple docked yachts. The views alone were worth the whole stay! Plus, location was excellent in relation to Las Olas. The free water taxi really made Las Olas very accessible. The unit itself was nice, but needed a little cleaning touch up to the floors, which we took care of ourselves. The building walkways and elevator could use a power washing, but it wasn’t terrible. The pool is awesome when you consider the views of the New River and all the beautiful boats that pass by - great sightseeing. Keep in mind there are no pool chairs. Finally, the staff communications were exceptional! They were very responsive via text and phone calls. We had an issue with the electronic keypad one day and were locked out for an hour. They sent a maintenance guy over and he got us inside. From that point they issued us an old fashioned key, which never failed - lol! I believe they were going to replace the electronic lock once we left so that issue should be resolved. All in all, we would definitely stay again but in the same unit!

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. The room was completely misrepresented on the website. I would not recommend booking this hotel. The floors were coming apart and had sharp edges that would cut your foot if you wanted to walk barefoot. There were no chairs by the pool so you could not even sit outside by the pool. The couch and chairs were stained. The place was extremely dated. The elevator was so dirty that you would not want to touch and walls or buttons. The room was unlocked when I arrived. The rental company did offer another room and it was not much better. I ended up foregoing my money and renting another place, as I would not even stay there. I have never done that before. If the price looks too good to be true, it's probably too good to be true.

Quiet clean apartment right on the river walk. Location is in a good location, directly across from Las Olas Blvd. It’s a short walk either via the tunnel or the 3rd Ave bridge. Had a full kitchen. They don’t provide any coffee, salt, pepper if you’re planning on cooking.
