You were great! Super attentive on check in and check out.

We had no problems with this hotel, but we are not fussy travelers. The room was clean at first glance but upon closer inspection, it could have been cleaner (for example, the mini fridge could have been wiped out! and corners swept).
Francesca was most helpful and friendly - she was awesome. The bed was fine and although there was no AC, the open window and fan made it quite comfortable. The location was good - walking distance to most attractions and restaurants, and close to Castelvecchio. The hotel backs onto the river, which is pretty.
