Airport shuttle driver waiting for me at airport with my name on a sign. Return ride to airport was on time as promised. Breakfast was great! Hernan was a gracious host. He made sure I had everything I needed. He even booked a tour for me and another guest in which he took the time to be our guide and driver. Great stay! Thank you Hernan!

The room was clean, Hernan was extremely helpful and gave us a lot of good suggestions for restaurants and places to see in Quito. I would recommend this place to travelers. The location is excellent in the heart of old town.

very nice place in the historic area , service was excellent, gentleman was very helpful. Room was clean , beds were comfortable. Breakfast was simple but very good. Note hotel does not have elevator for those that might have issues going up stairs. Hotel does not have A/C , Quito temps are moderate, we did get a room with a balcony and had the door slightly open to let cool air in . Area was quiet, minimal noise .
