I found the stairs very hard many times a day although I was aware of that when I booked, so it’s my own doing. However, I would like anyone over the age of 70 to not book it..
As far as getting into the place, it was very difficult as my son standing on the stairs with all the luggage trying to get through or get in the door, pushing buttons, we didn’t know what to do. Apparently there was a bit of an email sent to one of us and neither of us could find it. Eventually, my son reached the manager and he gave him a code to enter the place.
Other than that, it’s a huge, beautiful clean place. We really didn’t see staff there’s somewhere for your laundry. There’s a nice big bathroom with everything you need and also another one in the living room area and nice big windows to see outside all the busyness in Montreal.
