About this apartment rental
Pleasant, quiet, bright and totally renovated 30 m² apartment (bedding included) with a very complete equipment. Located in a Pierre et Vacances residence in the heart of the pine forest on the edge of the Golf Course, on the 3rd and last floor (elevator) with a view of the swimming pool and the Golf Course.
The accommodation consists of:
• Living room/lounge, TV, sofas
• Dining area with 1 table and 4 chairs
• kitchenette, hob, top fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker...
• 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140, storage cupboard, (duvet and pillows)
• Bathroom with bathtub
• Separate toilet
• Covered terrace 9m² south with table, 4 chairs, 2 deckchairs.
IN HIGH SEASON JULY / AUGUST
DEPARTURES AND ARRIVALS ARE EXCLUSIVELY ON SATURDAYS.
FOR THE WINTER PERIODS, ELECTRICITY IS EXTRA.
The residence includes:
Swimming pool with wading pool (accessible during the opening periods of the residence)
Children's playgrounds, bowling alley, Ping Pong tables.
Restaurant, bar...
Pierre et Vacances offers various paid activities and a children's club for a fee depending on the number of places available. These services are managed directly by P&V.
In a nature setting, many activities are offered:
9 and 18-hole golf courses, open all year round, for beginners and experienced alike.
Cycle paths that connect the golf course and the beaches through the village and the Vélodysée to discover the department by bike.
Marked trails for beautiful hikes.
The central beach (supervised from mid-May to the end of September) is a must-see place for surfing, swimming, or lazing around...
The cork oak beach (supervised in July and August) sheltered from the crowds. It is a "green" beach accessible preferably on foot or by bike.
The beaches are 5 minutes away by bike or 15 minutes on foot.

Possibility of WIFI with the purchase of a package online (about 15€)
Exit cleaning is to be carried out by travelers or cleaning option of 80 € to be provided upon arrival.
