I write this review sitting and relaxing on the comfortable outdoor sofa of the Waterfall cottage of Devi's place Ubud.
If you are looking for a place just on the outskirts of Ubud city center that will give you tranquil vibes, great care for customer service, a genuine appreciation for you being their guest, then Devi's place is the one for you.
We had booked the Villa thru Expedia and received prompt communication from the hosts about the airport pick up and what to expect.
Putu was our main point of contact during our entire stay and every request of ours was handled with genuine care. We are vegetarian and do not consumed meat, fish or eggs and Putu and her team ensured that we would have a Tofu scramble instead of eggs for our breakfast. PS. The breakfast is incredibly simple yet delicious and filling.
We would also like to highlight Agung ( Putu's brother ) who was our driver for the entirety of our stay and was extremely polite, kind and attentive giving us tips on how and where to save money on different experiences, what to look out for and how to negotiate in the local markets and was available for us at short notice and he was very accommodating with last minute change requests.
Overall a memorable stay and a place we would recommend to anyone looking for a great relaxed experience.

Loved everything about this place. So tranquil yet close enough to explore the delights and treasures of Ubud. All the staff were great. Definitely recommend staying here.

A 15 minute tuk tuk or taxi ride into the town centre but compensated for by the wonderful open rice fields view. Accommodation is individual bungalows so you can't generalise with the rooms. Our bungalow was excellent for two people. A well furnished large bedroom, lounge area and full kitchen and outdorr seating. The highlight was the pool, a decent size not just a plunge pool.
