I had a very pleasant stay at Luciano K Hotel in Santiago. The staff were truly outstanding — warm, attentive, and consistently helpful from check-in to check-out, making the whole experience feel smooth and personal.
As an Expedia Platinum member, I also received a nice room upgrade, which was much appreciated and added extra comfort to the stay.
I also liked the room itself — it had a number of small designer touches and interesting details that made it feel a bit more unique than a standard hotel room, without being over the top.
Overall, a very positive experience, with excellent service at the heart of it.

Luciano K Hotel is a gem in Santiago. The staff was outstanding and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The rooftop bar was a great place to have a meal/drink. The location was perfect with so much to do nearby.

Nice and clean old fashioned hotel. Very comfy bed. Staff very helpful. Nice restaurant on top floor, with see through floor many places.
