Arrived very late, rang the owner who remotely let me in, very easy access, the room was clean and had air con which was great, I would of given excellent other than it would have been a nice touch to put a bottle of water in the room, overall would use again and great communication

With plans to arrive by bus and fly out of Palermo the next morning, the location of the B & B was great…a 10 min walk from the bus and train station and was located on a quieter street than the bus/train station area. We stayed overnight and slept comfortably. We appreciated having access to a shared kitchen as the Lidl grocery store was just a block away. We did not have in person contact with staff for check in but received detailed instructions to contact staff upon arrival whom then opened the door remotely.

I had a great experience staying at this property. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the historic center, which made it very convenient for exploring the area without needing transportation.
The place itself was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Everything felt organized and thoughtfully prepared for guests.
The host was outstanding—very attentive, responsive, and always available to help with anything we needed. Communication was smooth from the beginning, which made the whole experience stress-free.
I would definitely recommend this property to other travelers looking for a clean, well-located place with a great host.

We like the place but it is located in a restricted area for driving without a permit and the owner didn’t told us. We got a fine
