This is a nice hotel. It was clean and very comfortable stay. The front desk staff is lacking a bit and the shower could have used a little more care. I also didn't enjoy the breakfast buffet, it seems to me it could have been more choices given the price. Other than that, I will stay again, the staff was nice and the hotel is beautiful with a great location. I also valet parked and this was very convenient.

Whitney at the front desk was amazing. She even sent up a cheese and dessert tray for my hubby’s birthday. Top notch h customer service. We will come back because of her.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness of the hotel and staff. When I got to my room, I realized they must have upgraded me, and when I asked, the woman at checkin confirmed she did. I love properties that treat guests so well, and if I ever go back to Houston, I would stay here. Highly recommend.
