About this apartment rental
Located 350 meters from the wide sandy beach, about 550 meters from the pier, and 200 meters from the Aquadrom, this cozy, modernly furnished two-room ground-floor apartment offers 48 square meters of living space and a sunny south-facing terrace. The bright, welcoming apartment accommodates 2–4 people in a separate bedroom (double bed with very high-quality individual mattresses, 90x200 cm, and satellite TV) and a cozy sofa bed (approx. 170x200 cm) in the living area, which also has satellite TV.
In the lockable storage room right off the terrace, you’ll find 2 lounge chairs, a parasol, and patio furniture; you can also store a bicycle there. The apartment includes a free parking space (No. 10), located in front of the garden area. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. A washing machine and dishwasher are also provided. Fly screens on the bedroom and bathroom windows protect against any pesky pests, and roller shutters can darken all windows and the French door as needed. The apartment stays pleasantly cool in the summer and quickly becomes cozy in the fall and winter.
We’d be happy to provide you with bed linens or towels. Bed linens for 20.00 per person, towels for 10.00 per person, or as a linen package for 25.00 per person.
The final cleaning fee includes a starter package* plus utilities.
*Starter package: 2–3 dishwasher tablets (Fit brand if available), 1 trash bag, dish towel, dishcloth, shower mat, 1–2 rolls of toilet paper. Please note that you are responsible for restocking these items during your stay.
