Vision apartment was the worst apartment I have ever stayed in in my life with my children. I wish I can tell everybody how disgusting this apartment was. Even to know that depictures that you see online is AI pictures. They put the fake pictures just so you can book for the apartment online. Please guys avoid this vision apartments, website pictures that you see. Because the apartment is very, very disgusting. You won't even see if bottle of water in the fridge or anything like tea inside the apartment after a long travelling. I booked to stay for 8 days and I only spend 3 days there. I am hoping to get my money back because I have a lot of disgusting pictures from the apartment. There is no blinds or cottons in the windows, their wide open. The bathroom floor is flooded with water every time you have a shower. Because the shower door Has not been updated, probably for mover, 10 or 20 years. Please everyone if you're travelling with children. Do not use this website because you won't even get your money back from them. Although I got some of my money back, but if I tell you what I went through 💩😫😰😩The treat that I made just to get my money back from them, you wouldn't believe it. So everyone avoid this place. Thank you

Excellent apartment for three adults. Great location and able to walk everywhere. There are many trams if needed. Thank you for a great first stay in Zurich.

In a noisy area especially at night. Kitchen had basic cooking utensils but would have appreciated if dishwasher pods and laundry detergent was provided instead of having to buy for short stay. No elevator so had to carry luggage up 2 fights of circular stairs.
