Loved this property, the staff, and location. The staff was very helpful in booking excursions and special events. We enjoyed cooling off in the swimming pool and the beautiful property.

Great lodge with widlife all around. Great breakfast. An easy walk to town and the national park to really get a feel for the area and to have different options for dinner etc.

Clean, well laid out property. Tasty and variety at breakfast (didn’t use the restaurant for other meals). No A/C but a huge ceiling fan that kept us cool, lots of ventilation in rooms, huge bathroom. We took advantage of walking into Tortuguero Village for meals and to watch some sports on TV! For Jaguar hike must wear hiking boots or tennis shoes- toe closed hiking sandals aren’t allowed!! Not allowed on the beach after 6 pm.
