This is an exceptional property our family is stayed here before although this being a second visit to this property. Upon our check-in and arrival we were charged an additional 400 pesos. The age of our eldest child was 12 and was considered an adult this was a surprise. The room we received was not as good / clean as the first time or is clean. But the overall property is well taken care of and maintained and in a good location to the city center. Parking was good.
When the room was booked to include breakfast and after our breakfast we would charge for it and after a matter of conversation the breakfast was credited back. Upon booking the room it included breakfast and I was told it must have been an error with the platform. Otherwise this is a wonderful property
