Overall, our stay was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement.
The view from our Deluxe Suite was absolutely stunning and easily the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the private pool was not heated, and the water was freezing cold, even with outside temperatures of 25–27°C. At this price point, especially for a premium suite, we expected better.
To sum up, the view was definitely worthy of a premium four-star resort, but the breakfast felt more like something you’d expect from a basic three-star package holiday hotel. The beautiful view made up for some of the shortcomings, but overall, the experience didn’t quite live up to the price or expectations.
Breakfast was another major disappointment. The selection was very limited, and the quality was rather poor. During our five-night stay, the only thing we consistently enjoyed was the Greek yogurt with honey.

The images don't describe enough how beautiful is this location. We appreciated the care and the high level of hospitality of the staff. I was 3 months pregnant when I came to Elounda Palm, and we didn't catch a good weather. So on my way from the airport, I've asked the staff to prepare the warmest room possible. Not only they gave us a warm and nice room, but they even made an upgrade. We discovered this later-on, because they didn't try to emphasize in any way what they did for us.
We recommend the a la carte menu from the restaurant. The food is very good and tasty, better than at the restaurants from the town - Schisma Elounda (something less expected from a hotel restaurant).
In a nutshell, the staff, the rooms, the property are absolutely impeccable.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The location was good and the room very clean and the breakfast buffet
It was good in general but not a good value for the money that I pay , the fridge had a drawer that was stitched and the last day the walls of the toilet were leaking and the light outside not working
