there was a roach in our room and the staff, though helpful when asked, were slow to get things done and sometimes would ignore us. Pools were great, there were some times in the ocean where there was trash washing up.

Has been one of my favorite places to stay in Vallarta with my kids the last few years. Food is always good, staff is wonderful. Private beach and beautiful views
