The staff Agnus and Anna were very helpful. They both came to help with the technical issue we had with the TV. Anna sorted it out for us.
The TV should have TV channels, it only had the casting facilities.
Air conditioning did not work at all, we were told that it is a cooling system, not ac, but was advertised as ac. We booked this because it was advertised as having ac in there.
Apart from that everything was good, everything was near by to see.

Greeted by a friendly and helpful staff member, smooth checkin process and was able to check in early which was bonus after a 6am flight!
The room was compact but exactly what we needed, the decor was modern, clean and there was plenty of plug sockets/mirrors which are often lacking in these compact rooms.
Great location super close to the metro station (Fridhelmsplan) which one of the stops on the metro art tour.
Such a beautiful city, I’ll definitely be back and would stay here again!
