For La Jolla, this was pretty good in a very expensive market on the price quality spectrum. A typical motel from the 1960s that’s been renovated. The staff is very nice, and parking is easy.

This is a lovely place to stay in La Jolla Shores. I’ve stayed here 7 times in 7 years and always find the people running it to be helpful and friendly. It’s not fancy and not super polished, but the location can’t be beat.
