The location is amazing, beautiful setting with breathtaking views over the surrounding hills.
Great facilities for kids, climbing walls, football pitches, playground, you name it! Even tho the breakfast buffet was set up for a lot of people, the food quality of the food was excellent with a fresh OJ machine and lots of fresh choices
The rooms are extremely noisy and I had 4 or 5bedbug on my left foot. Everything is tiled (which is understandable) but that makes the rooms, hallways, etc extremely noisy.
Because of the size, it was very impersonal, like a holiday factory. However, it was perfect for what we needed

The buffet dinners/breakfast had a good selection, the real standout of the restaurant was the restaurant manager, she was great and a real character.
The room was clean, bed comfortable and nice view from balcony
The things we didn’t like were really due to the fact my husband booking what he thought was a country hotel with indoor pool and spa, was a family resort, perfect for a family with kids, not so much for a 60 something couple! Swimming pool full of inflatables and under 5s disco really not us! But 25 years ago when our kids were little, we’d have considered it a perfect overnight stopover on way to airport.
