The hotel and its facilities are excellent. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
The only inconvenience we had is that we had booked a suite through Hotels.com. When we checked in there were no suites available so we were given a standard double room. It seems that hotel booking websites duplicate bookings to cover for possible cancellations. We requested some form of compensation and the hotel staff gave us complimentary breakfast coupons for our entire stay. Aside for this situation our stay was a happy one.
