TRÈS BON ETABLISSEMENT / ACCUEIL ADORABLE / SERVICE PARFAIT ....

Room wasnt cleaned even once in stay of 8 Nights?! You had to wash linen yourself if you wanted a fresh bed, is this really a hotel? Poolarea wasnt available before 1000 and closed already at 2000. (Sauna was 8€ extra for 30 min.) Wifi didnt work at the room and only sometimes in the lobby. The hotel is hard to find, even for local taxis - we ordered a taxi that was suposed to come within 5 min but came like 40 min late.... At arrival I was not asked, but forced to pay my stay in advance. I now understand why - Sry, but this wasnt what i expected or wanted for my vacation.

I have never seen something like this, but there was nobody at the reception after 20.30, so we couldn't get in, and of course got no room. (It was prepaid.) They said there is no issue, since I should have contacted them if I knew I'm going to arrive late :DDD (They didn't feel the need to contact me about a prepaid room to say that they are going to leave, so there will be nobody in the building. Nevermind... ridiculous.) Dear Hotel Le Terral, use my money wisely.
