Staff was great. Friendly, helpful and responsive. Breakfast was very good. Bed was very comfortable. Good location-minutes from town centre and Spiagga di Riaci a short walk from the hotel. Twenty minutes walk to Tropea and street is well lit for walking at night.

No hot water the 1st day.
Television was not working properly.
Staff was helpful.
The hotel is really far from Tropea city center & beach. Needed to walk in the heat, no public transportation.
Breakfast was very good. There is no open restaurant nearby.

The bathroom was terribly set out. Sitting down on the toilet you nearly hit your face on the shower screen. The shower area need to be better designed. The tap in the basin didn't work properly.
