Easy and free access to Lucerne by train; friendly staff; nice view from balcony; good breakfast.
Nothing!

Breakfast and room facilities are good and clean
Location. Is a bit far from the main Lucerne city and its attractions. The nearest station is 10 min walk so it’s not all that bad

The location is great. Only a 10 minute walk to Littau train station where you get a train at 35 minutes past every hour, straight into Lucerne. It only takes 6 minutes. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff.
It's a little noisy beside a busy road and on the ground floor the shutters on the outside of the window are permanently shut, so no natural light in the room. A few more breakfast options would be great.

self-check-in, clean, quiet and calm,
far from city center of luzern,
a suburban hotel by the roadside, things to do in the area are limited
