Beautiful well maintained resort with excellent staff from time you arrive until we left!

Helpful staff, very polite security guards. They constantly checked on us and offered suggestions on activities. The food at Gems restaurant is excellent. The sargassum was a little unpleasant but nothing against Sapphire.
