Great location surrounded by the beautiful forest within walking distance to the cable car, ice arena, shopping and restaurants. Dog friendly and great for families - the pool and sauna were clean and comfortable temperatures. Bathrobes and pool towels available at the front desk. Table tennis, billiards and other games downstairs for big kids and a playroom next to the main dining room for little kids. Staff were kind and helpful.
Unfortunately no refrigerator in the room and the hotel restaurant didn’t offer À la Carte menu options only an expensive dinner buffet.

"The staff were extremely competent and friendly. The food for both breakfast and evening dinner was superb. It was regularly checked and restocked. Plenty of parking in the underground, great swimming..."
