Cozy room and a comfortable bed
The room lighting was too dim with only a few lamps and no bright overhead or mirror light.

This was by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at ❤️ The hotel offers breakfast but does not have a restaurant for lunch or dinner and honestly this did not bother me at all because if you kindly ask the staff you can easily order food from outside and enjoy it in the cozy outdoor and garden area of the hotel where there is a lovely bar with comfortable tables and chairs which makes it a very pleasant place to sit eat and relax The hotel itself is very quiet peaceful and comfortable and it is the perfect place if you simply want to switch off relax and enjoy some peace and quiet in Berlin I would especially like to mention the staff because the men from Pakistan and Turkey were extremely friendly helpful and welcoming and also one of the ladies from Asia was very kind and helpful I truly appreciated their warm and friendly service ❤️ Unfortunately there was one blonde female employee who gave me a rather negative impression on several occasions but this did not change my overall very positive experience at the hotel I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay in Berlin Even if you live in Berlin and simply need a little break and some time to relax this hotel is a wonderful choice You do not need to travel to another country to escape and unwind sometimes a peaceful place right in Berlin is more than enough 😊 For me there is no question that whenever I come back to Berlin I will stay at this hotel again Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable ❤️

It was suitable for our needs. It had all the basics required for a short stay.
A bit too far out from the city centre. Best part of 40 minutes by tube. Is a 15 minute walk from nearest tube.
The night staff was very friendly, but some of the daytime staff were not overly welcoming.
