Not a 5 star. I checked in when the entrance was a bit hectic. The staff tried to be pleasant and was accommodating. Room was quiet and comfortable to sleep. The pull out bed for my 15 year old was on the thin side but I did not ask for a pillow top since only 1 night spent.
