The apartment was good value for money. However, the rooms were not serviced and we had to wash our towels. However a washing machine, soap powder and dryer was in the apartment. This complex has no elevator and difficult for seniors to take luggage up two flights of stairs.
The restaurants were not on site but down the hill.
The heated pool was not heated which was too chilly to swim in June.
The apartment is well situated but on a steep hill. Bus service was good.
We were not aware we had to supply our own toilet paper. Apparently only enough is provided for the first couple of days.

I recently stayed here in June 2026 and had an excellent experience. Our two bedroom, two bathroom apartment was impressively spacious, spotless,and thoughtfully set up for a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with quality crockery, cutlery, cookware and handy cooking and washing essentials, made it incredibly easy to settle in and feel at home.
The apartment offered a decent, relaxing view, and the location was ideal - quiet, peaceful and pleasantly removed from the busy tourist areas, yet still convenient for getting around Noosa.
What truly elevated the stay were the hosts, Michael and Suzanne. They were warm, welcoming and genuinely generous with their time and assistance. Their hospitality created a lovely atmosphere and made the whole experience feel personal and memorable.
Overall, Bali Hai Apartments is a fantastic choice for anyone seeking comfort, space and heartfelt hospitality in Noosa. I would happily stay again.
