The apartment I stayed in was really nice and very well thought out for guests. The building is older, and you can see that, but it is very well maintained and very clean. Its in a great spot very close to the beach.

Spacious, clean and functional apartment, well located right by the beach, about halfway between Broadbeach and Surfers central areas (both walking distance or short bus or tram ride). Good facilities as well with pool, spa, sauna, tennis court, and secure underground parking - parking spaces provided plenty of room as well.
