Staff is excellent and the property is in a great location. Rooms are showing wear and in need of some updates. Tv in bedroom did not work great, very hard to hear without it being too loud.

This is the most unique property we have ever stayed in! We booked a 1 bedroom residence with a balcony and received amazing breakfast baskets every morning!! Just enough healthy treats for family of 3 to start our day. What a lovely touch?! The entire staff are wonderful collection of people who made our stay so memorable. The food and drinks were great too along side all amenities!! Not to mention the location is prime to downtown shopping and 20 mins to the beach. There is a special boutique right around the corner with incredible and versatile finds - Hazel Twenty. :)

We want to single out the Manager (Kathy) who was the most gracious, helpful, service-oriented person we've ever experienced in any hotel we've ever stayed. She made our visit the MOST SPECIAL!
