Staff was friendly, parking was easy, and the room was clean and cool thanks to the AC. Other than that though, there wasn't much to this hotel. No patio or outdoor area to sit and relax, no restaurant, and the lobby area was small and not very inviting. The bathroom really needs shades, the sun was coming in hot and bright first thing in the morning in our east facing room.

We loved the spacious suite that we stayed in. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. And the location is close to everything in Seneca Falls, and close to many wineries.
