The room was clean, lovely and friendly staff. In a good area, I felt totally safe.

Overall, I had a mixed experience at this place. The staff were absolutely amazing 10/10. Everyone was very kind, helpful, and welcoming, which really made a difference during my stay.
However, there were a few downsides. The breakfast became repetitive, as the same items were served every day, which got tiring after a while. I also noticed that the bedsheets were only changed every two days, which wasn’t very comfortable for me.
The Wi-Fi was another issue it only worked properly at the reception area. Thankfully, I had my own data; otherwise, staying connected would have been difficult.
As for the spa, the hammam experience wasn’t great, but on a positive note, the massage itself was very good and relaxing.
In summary, the staff and massage were highlights, but improvements are needed with the Wi-Fi, housekeeping frequency, breakfast variety, and hammam experience.

We had a room on the groundfloor with access to the picturesque patio. It was very quiet. There is a large beautiful terrace, a quite big plunge pool in another patio. All very beautiful. Service is great, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Location of the Riad outside the medina is actually an advantage as the area is not as loud and crowded. We will definitely be back.
