I fled from a domestic altercation. The staff ensured my safety and identity was protected and went over and above to ensure my needs were met. I can’t thank them enough for the professional compassion, humanity and kindness I was afforded. My room was a beautiful safe sanctuary , the hotel was a place to heal and recover in the spa pool and to relax on the balcony soaking up the sun fresh air and wonderful vista.

Disappointed not to get a balcony, especially since the hotel didn’t seem very busy at the time - felt like a room with one should’ve been available. On the plus side, the spa was excellent and a real highlight of the stay.

Spa very good, restaurant service good, staff pretty friendly. Booked 3 hotel rooms, one overlooking golf course had tremendous views, two facing a brick wall and lots of weeds pretty uninspiring. Plenty of parking and easy to find.

The bar/Restaurant staff Amazing under the 2 big parties and a very busy Restaurant We would like to say a very big thanks to Jo she was outstanding in every way
We did have a problem with Reception the lady that checked us in was very condescending and told fibs
When we got to the bar we where told the 7.30 reservation was changed to 6.45 I disputed this and was told Reception had informed me of this wich I disputed
I went to ask the lady on reception and she informed me she had told me on the phone the night before I asked her did she speak to me and she said "Yes "
I informed her my wife had made the Restaurant booking not me
This morning when we checked out I told her about the window and also about the conversation last night this time she changed it to she told me that I was told when I Booked in
She didn't.
Loved the Hotel and staff
Even the room was lovely
