Once we arrived the gentleman was very helpful. He even walked out to show me the lemon tour options and which one was the best.
Before arriving they helped me in arranging a tour to Amalfi and Positano. Alilauro tour told us both that the ferry went straight to Amalfi and then Positano. They lied to the hostess of the hotel as well as for me. They go to Positano first and then to Amalfi which created a shorter visit. Alilauro agency is not helpful when you reach them and they were rude. Look for a better option for a tour.
The gentleman that attended us 1st told us that there was no problem in leaving our suitcases while we went to visit another place but the lady that was there in the morning was not happy about it so we took our suitcases to Pompeii which the storage was a bit expensive.
FYI we stayed at the last room and there was a noise like an elevator or something next door…it lasted quite a bit. The hotel is close to the city and places of interest.
