Staff were very friendly and helpful upon check-in. Room was comfortable. Only downside, the staff member who served me in starbucks was very rude but didn’t affect my overall experience.

Excellent hotel with fantastic service throughout our stay. All of the staff were absolutely lovely, but a special mention to Tyler, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
The breakfast was great with a lovely selection to choose from, and the pool and facilities were always clean and well maintained. Our bedroom was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and the bed was so cosy that I genuinely didn’t want to get out of it each morning. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

Fire alarm at 7:30am. It was only on briefly. Bmy husband went to find out if everything was ok, and was told all patrons needed to evacuate as a precaution. He called us in the room to tell us to leave. However, there was no communication from the hotel staff about the need to evacuate. Apparently they'd searched all floors but we didn't see or hear from anyone on floor 4. Need to work on better fire or emergency evacuation communication.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff and clean.
The pool opening times and breakfast time were really late and don’t start until 8am. Which is a shame.
