Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kossak. The hotel is perfectly positioned on the edge of Old Town by the river with a short walk into the centre. My room also had a great view of the castle. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The amenities were well considered with high end touches like a Smeg fridge in the room and Clarins products in the bathroom. Highly recommend and would stop at this hotel again

The hotel is very modern and looks to be recently renovated. The room is spacious. The bathroom has great lighting. Water pressure is excellent. The only complaint is the bathtub side is much higher than what we normally see. One needs to be very careful to get in and out of the tub. A suggestion for the hotel is to install handle bar on the side of the tub to better assist with the getting in and out of the tub.
The breakfast is excellent, with lots of variety and fresh foods. Enjoyed that very much. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk to the old town center, but just 5 minutes walk to the Wawel castle and the waterfront. Everything is very clean and orderly. We enjoyed our stay.
