Stayed for our silver wedding anniversary and glad we chose the Apex Waterloo.
Check in was easy and friendly, Room was very nice, clean, spacious and well equipped. Wonderful reception lady came and brought us a bottle of Prosecco on ice with 2 glasses on the house which was a lovely gesture
Pool and Spa was lovely and relaxing and for an early Sat evening we had it to ourselves. The lady managing the Spa was wonderfully polite and kind. The bar staff were friendly. Overall a great hotel, yes price was high, but mid July, excellent proximity to city centre, train station etc and special occasion the Apex Waterloo was an excellent choice and would definitely recommend

An absolute 5 star experience! The hotel was beautiful and in a great location for sightseeing on foot. The staff were friendly and helpful with all our questions. Our favorite amenities: Soaker tub in our room, pool and breakfast (worth the price).

I will be definitely coming back. The room was perfect for what I needed. It was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the separate desk since I had to do some work. The bathrobes, slippers and the cute rubber ducky was a nice touch. The location was convenient and central to many of the sites and close to lots of cafes and restaurants. The staff was so great and helpful (shoutout to Irene! ) for my first visit to Edinburgh. I didn’t get to use the spa or gym much but I will try during my next visit!
