Elevator was extremely slow and breakfast room is a bit crowded. Overall great location and well maintained property. Enjoyed the front desk mints too!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They really go out of their way to accommodate their guests. They even gave a nice welcome bag when we arrived. Room was cozy and no problems with the elevator which we appreciated. Nice central location. Would definitely recommend them to NYC visitors.

We had a good stay. The staff are friendly. Andy at front desk is very courteous. Room is clean.
The elevators are a little slow. Overall, I would stay again
