Check-in takes to long. And You are first able to check in at 5 pm.

The staff were really helpful when the heavy rain caused the ceiling in our apartment to leak badly. When we got the new apartment the kitchen wasnt fully clean with sauce splatters on the walls and a bit of an odor in the toilet that was there for the remainder of our stay. The pool needs some tlc but overall ee enjoyed our stay and would consider using the brand again on other locations.

The property was great and it was such a short walking distance from the absolutely beautiful village of Eguishem. The only caveat I have is that we were not offered a fan and it was 35 degrees out and there is no air conditioning in the rooms. We didn’t know that fans were available until our second day and then we asked for one. And we had a baby with us. 😳

Excellent place to stay. Clean, beautiful. Excellent staff, specially Ms. Hawa at front dest was fantastic and was ready to help and guide whenever requested. Overall great experience.

6 / 10Average·Jul 2026

No air conditioning and only 1 fan. We had two rooms so the bedroom did not have a fan. They also do not allow a late checkout without a fee, and do not hold your luggage when you check out.
