No doubt the best place to stay in Verona, if not the very best in the whole North Italy. Everything is just perfect! The garden is absolutely gorgeous!

What a great hotel- my room was on 4th floor, with huge old beams, skylights, and antique furnishings.
The common areas on the first floor are stunning, feels like someone’s mansion.
The location next to the main square and Museo Palazzo Maffei is fantastic
The staff is helpful and classy.
It was a huge challenge to drive to the front door however- Apple maps had me on extremely small lanes, I gave up and parked in a public lot on the other side of the river and walked.
By walking around after I got there, and looking carefully at the layout and size of the one way streets, it can be done.
I thought the hotel was very special, and relatively inexpensive
