We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment with rooftop terrace. We loved it! What an amazing view.
The one bedroom was smaller, but we used it as the master because of the balcony and lake view.
The other bedroom was a bit bigger.
No complaints though. It made for a great family trip. And the breakfast included was perfect. And those views from the restaurant were fabulous.
Would recommend.

The hotel is a jewel in the heart of historic Castel Gandolfo. Our Superiore room was spacious, well equipped, and had a long balcony with a breath taking view of Lake Albano. The included breakfasts in the Bucci restaurant were wonderful. Equally delightful was the cheerful and helpful staff, especially the manager, Daniel. On our arrival on a rainy evening after a long flight from the US, we were disappointed that a local restaurant where we had a reservation was closed. Daniel walked us to another restaurant which he recommended for a delightful meal. Throughout our stay, he conversed with us about the history and culture of the area. We highly recommend Hotel Castelgandolfo.
