The property is in a great location. Walking distance to the beach and 3 nice pools. Staff was very helpful. Room was a good size. Bathroom and sink area was a little small but the rain shower was nice and the towels were soft. Be warned that Only some of the gates surrounding the property open from the outside so when parking and bringing in luggage be sure to ask which ones open. We were not told and we were standing in the rain with our luggage trying to get in and had to call the help desk.

An interesting collection of buildings makes up this establishment, giving it a uniquely charming and quirky character. I found it quite cute! The King Suite was exceptionally spacious and very clean.
One concern I didn’t notice until I was leaving was the hotel’s policy of placing your room number on your parking tag. I think management should seriously reconsider this practice, as it creates an unnecessary safety concern.
Parking was plentiful, although the spaces were spread out across the property. The surrounding area seemed nice enough, but I was glad I hadn’t brought my nicer car. As a woman traveling alone, I was particularly mindful of safety, and I would be even more concerned if my daughter were traveling alone.
Displaying a guest’s room number on a car tag essentially advertises personal information to anyone walking through the parking lot. It might as well say, “A woman in her 60s, driving a Maserati, is traveling alone and staying in Room 12345.” That may sound exaggerated, but it illustrates exactly why I believe this policy should be changed.
Overall, I enjoyed the unique charm of the property, but I hope management will reconsider this practice to better protect its guests’ privacy and safety.
