Clean room, Helpful front desk team. Good bathroom with excellent water pressure in the shower. Only downside was the road noise from 5th Avenue.

Great staff, excellent location for tourists. Rooms were decent and NYC city hotel standard.

First time in New York City and this was everything I expected from a hotel on 5th Avenue. Queen bed may have taken up the majority of the room, but was that was needed. Cleanliness was A+. Bed was comfortable (only slept an hour for the trip.. lol) and staff was very helpful and friendly. Definitely in my top two choices when going back to New York City..

Loved staying in this hotel as a solo traveller .
really comfy bed, in a room that felt spacious and even had views of the empire state building from my room. Fantastic location in a very walkable city, with friendly staff.
