Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and excellent. Breakfast was very good, Had a variety of selections for everyone.

We loved this location. We were within walking distance of so many places. The hotel was clean and breakfast was nice. My only complaint is I have knee issues and the toilet was too low for me to use without having to use the door handle to pull myself up and down. So they need to have a riser or get ADA height toilets.

Lovely hotel in beautiful downtown Boise, staff were very nice and helpful, our room was clean. Parking was a little hectic since the hotel is attached to a public parking garage.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The location is perfect to downtown Boise and also all activities we did at Boise St.
