The property definitely shows it age from the outside but the rooms were renovated in 2016 and are clean with updated furnishings. Front office staff are polite and helpful. Cleaning staff knocked on my door in the morning and asked if I needed towels. On a windy day a garbage can lid popped open and some garbage fell out in the parking lot. I informed the front office and it was promptly cleaned up. The rooms are more modern, clean and everything worked. I'd recommend this hotel for budget minded travelers and families.
