The staff are what makes the hotel so special. Nothing is too much trouble - we don’t drink coffee so a kettle was instantly provided. My partner is coeliac and for every meal there was a check in on what he wanted and then the kitchen made it separately. Particular thanks to Monica from the restaurant team who looked after us so well.
