Hampton Inn & Suites Ephrata - Mountain Springs

I loved the comfortable

Highly efficient and welcoming staff. Room was spacious enough for 3 people. Breakfast for the weekday was nice to get the day started included omelette, sliced spicy sausage, potatoes, and make your own waffles. Did not use pool or exercise facilities. Parking spaces was abundant. Hampton Inn at this location did not disappointment.

Safe, clean rooms courteous staff and close to all we wanted to do.

Upon arrival the glass on the front doors of the hotel was clean with no smudges and finger marks. The staff at the desk was "OK". Did not give a warm greeting but performed her job well. The walls of the elevator were very clean and the elevation carpet was also clean. The sink in the bathroom had a plunger that was broken. I was able to jam it open to make it acceptable and the next day the hotel fixed it. The pillows on the bed are very uncomfortable. The breakfast area was very clean. Patty was the staff person taking care of the breakfast area and she is outstanding. Both mornings Patty greeted us with a very pleasant "good morning" . Patty was constantly cleaning the area by the breakfast food and kept everything well stocked. WELL DONE PATTY.
