The rooms are new. The pool and the beach area were great.

Overall, our stay had a few disappointing issues Room 918 had not been properly cleaned before our arrival, and the bathroom could have been much cleaner. It lacked that fresh, clean scent and overall feeling of being thoroughly sanitized.
Additionally, there was a leak coming from the ceiling in our room I notified the front desk, and they responded promptly by sending someone to address it, which I truly appreciated Unfortunately, the leak continued throughout our stay despite their efforts. That said, I want to recognize the staff Everyone I interacted with was kind, courteous, and genuinely helpful Their professionalism and friendliness made a positive impression and were the highlight of our stay. We were there for five days, and I’m generally not someone who likes to complain, especially while traveling with my children I simply wanted to share my honest experience in hopes that these maintenance and housekeeping issues can be addressed for future guests

The staff were so kind and really made an effort to make our stay a good one!! The only thing we wish is that the room air would have been cooler. We had a full view of the ocean and maybe that affected the air conditioning not being strong enough to cool the room. The temp stayed around 78/79 during the day and well into the evening. But interestingly, the air blowing out the vent was cool. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay and the location is near a lot of stores and restaurants. El Topical was recommended and we loved it!!
