Stayed here with my wife and 12yr old son for 4 days and 3 nights. The hotel location is perfect right next to the city center and easily walk all of Fira. Really enjoyed ths 2 pools and Khan kept my drinks flowing all trip he was great taking care of us. Check in was easy and smooth thanks to the ladies at the front, Aneta & Vasiliki were awesome and we're able to set up a few transfers we needed and helped with car rental and tough lunch reservation....ABSOLUTE ROCKSTARS. you can tell they enjoy their job and lovr to help. Hellen also was able to offer some great suggestions for our trip to Naxos. Room was very clean. Breakfast was very good. The bed was comfy, the AC worked very well and there was good water pressure in the shower too. I would highly recommend staying here. Very family friendly.

Great hotel. Perfectly placed 3 minutes walk to one of the fantastic views overlooking Santorini with all the bars and restaurants.
Opposite a supermarket so handy for anything you need. Staff are helpful without being intrusive.
If you can stay in one of the pool side suites, they are fantastic and the double bed sized sun lounger is so comfortable.
Will definitely use the hotel again when returning.
